Overview
In other countries of the Trade Knowledge Network, the research partners are NGOs that work closely with government. In Vietnam, the research partner is the governmental Ministry charged with protecting the environment. IUCN Vietnam was instrumental in coordinating and supporting MOSTE's efforts, but the research was pulled together by MOSTE, mostly from other governmental agencies.
